- I'm still avoiding snacking almost all of the time.
- Exercise is stabilising back into my routine.
- I know how to maintain weight now, really know it rather than just theoretically know it.
Right, I'm off to a meeting in Manchester and am likely to be spending a lot of today on the train. Trigger time!! So - that's a challenge to see how far I've come.
