Quick post to get back in the swing of things!

I can't believe a week has passed since my last post! I've been busy with the pups, work, a guest over Easter, Diarmuid leaving and loads of chores but even so! As that is usually a sign that I'm slacking off, I thought I would write a very quick post to get myself back in the swing of things and remind myself what I'm aiming at.

My targets have become very diffuse and, if I'm not careful, my aim of being skinny for my sister-in-law's wedding in May will slide by leaving a bad taste of disappointment and chances missed.

So, I got new batteries for the scales yesterday and got on them this morning! Exactly 2 stone heavier than my lightest, which is half a stone lighter than my recent heaviest!! Does that make sense? So, while I have gained a little back, I have not gone all the way back and beyond like I used to so that is a small positive. I'm back dieting although I am now battling with a sweet tooth which didn't used to be my problem.

I really do have to go. Those pups create a lot of work and I'm up several times during the night with the little blighters now. They were a lot easier when they were Shelagh's problem!! Adios amigos

Welcome back!

So, it's all going on but with D now away, you can be a bit more focused ie less sidetracked!!!

How are those cheeky pups? More pics, please - when you have time. I reckon the running will pay dividends. I bought some scales tonight so the day of reckoning is tomorrow.

Big kiss.

Those little ones keeping you busy huh? They are soo cute!

Keep that mental picture of the wedding in May with you all the time and I'm sure you can make your goal.

I really can't believe you manage to run on packs - it's pretty amazing and impressive.

I echo Mrs' pleas for more pup pics!

I'm sorry you're losing sleep due to the babies! That has got to be a frustrating change of the 'ole schedule, no?

Keep up the positivity Lesley!

How goes it my friend? Hope you are ok, not overwhelmed by the pups and the running and no D back up!

Thinking of you!

Big kiss.

Hope you're just busy with the pups/etc and that everything is otherwise OK. I know when you're stressed or having a rough time the last thing you need is another obligation (like a post!), but am thinking of you and sending good thoughts your way!

Hi Lesley
I have been avidly reading your blog to the extent that I feel like you are almost a friend! I tried to post a comment before but I'm not sure it worked.
