If I hadn't posted yesterday I doubt I would have stepped onto those pesky scales this morning. But I did and I'm glad I did.
Scores on the doors - 17.9.2. Not bad actually. I weighed pretty much the same last time I stood on the scales roughly 2 months ago. In fact I weighed about the same before we went to Australia and when we came back. And most of last year.
It appears that I have cracked that ability to maintain my weight without trying.
The trouble is, I don't want to be at this weight forever. And also, if i were to settle here, any tiny increase pushes me from size 18/20 to 20/22 and that is not a line I want to cross.
So, I must get this sorted. I want to drop a couple or 3 stone and then learn how to maintain down there.
Today's mini target is to stick to a low cal diet through breakfast and lunch and then have a sensible supper with no treats except fruit. And do 11,000 steps.
