My weight has bobbed up from 16.6 to 16.8 on weigh in morning. Truly a shattering blow. I may change weigh in morning to Tuesday as Mondays often seem to let me down.
Grrrr....

A blog following the progress of my life and weight after completing the Lighter Life diet back in 2007. I lost 9 stone and became slim and fit. Since then, the battle really started and I re-gained a couple or 3 of them back and am now learning how to live without the yo-yo gains and losses of my past.

SO annoying when the scales do that. It's why I strongly believe that there is a case for daily weighing because it allows you to monitor the overall trend. You're doing BRILLIANTLY - do not let the SoD tell you any differently.
