I'm back again after a break of nearly 2 months!!! Can't believe the time has passed so quickly. I'd like to be able to say that in that time I've cracked it and am now totally on top of my weight but I suspect that, if I did, you'd probably think I was telling big porky pies anyway!
No, I feel much like the large creature pictured above....big! And I like eating too much! I wish I could just be relaxed about the bigness like him but it's not to be. Must get back into the groove and actually lose some weight rather than just stressing about it.
So, I haven't got time to post much today but this is a marker that I'll be back !!!
Oh, and good luck to any US readers out there with your new President. I must admit he would definitely have been my choice but there are quite a few question marks over his lack of experience...
